Here’s my story…I was born and raised in the Cincinnati area by two loving parents, stayed in town and studied Architecture at the University of Cincinnati. I met my fantastic wife Elizabeth in 1981 and worked in the Engineering Department of a local manufacturing company where I later became the Operations Manager. We raised three beautiful daughters (Katie, Jacqueline and Nicole). In 1997 I made a career change into Real Estate and chose to work with Sibcy Cline Realtors (the top area Broker). That year, I was named “Rookie of the Year” for the entire Company (over 1,200 Agents). Since then I’ve reached “Platinum/Titanium/Ruby” sales volume (Sibcy Cline’s highest levels) for 20 consecutive years as well as being a Company “East Region Sales Leader”. During this process, my three daughter’s joined Elizabeth and I to form the “Waits Team”. They are all extremely instrumental in the success of our group! In addition to spending time with Elizabeth, our daughters, their husbands/boy friends, our parents, other family/friends… we now have five incredible Grandsons to enjoy!!
